RN - FT Adolescent Unit

Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients' physical and behavioral health needs and developing nursing care plans. Maintain medical records, educate patients and families about conditions, and ensure physicians' orders are transcribed appropriately. Administer medications per ordered notes, document controlled substance counts, and notify physicians of significant status changes. Complete admission and discharge processing efficiently while demonstrating knowledge of universal precautions and maintaining therapeutic rapport with patients. Ensure initial and ongoing nursing treatment plans are specific to assessed needs and communicate professionally with patients, visitors, and co-workers. Full-time day shifts available; night shifts available for SOB eligible candidates. One year of nursing experience required; previous psychiatric or behavioral health experience a plus.
