RN - Fremont Memorial Hospital - MedSurg

The RN will coordinate a patient’s plan of care and work with patients, families and the health care team to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care. Collaborates with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals and improve patient care and staff satisfaction. Requires valid RN licensure and CPR certification; continuing education as required by Ohio; preferred BSN.
