RN Freestanding ER Nights

RN in Freestanding ER department provides patient-centered care using the nursing process, coordinating and delivering high-quality care, conducting patient assessments, administering medications, assisting physicians during procedures, and participating in life-saving interventions (CPR, code team). The role emphasizes infection control, patient and family education, documentation, collaboration with the healthcare team, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Requires 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student clinical rotations in acute care; state licensure; BCLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred. Additional responsibilities include performance improvement activities, education, and maintaining clinical competency.
