Job Summary
RN needed to plan and deliver nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, ensuring quality care and dignity. As a nurse leader, you will guide and support a team of LVN/LPNs and CNAs to optimize resident care, adhere to company, federal, state, and local standards, and maintain person-centered care. Requires current RN license in California, a nursing degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s), and a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. Shift schedule includes 3PM–11PM and 11PM–7AM on-site in Los Angeles, CA. Compensation is hourly at $46–$47 with benefits including medical, dental, and vision, and opportunities for growth and continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered RN license in the state
- Minimum 2 years experience in nursing
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care
