Job Summary
RN for Developmental Services will work with the team to ensure health and safety of individuals served. Responsibilities include administering medications and healthcare coordination for clients, providing training for non-licensed staff, conducting quality assurance reviews at agency sites, and helping prepare for audits and certifications. Requires compassionate caregiver with attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively; background checks (criminal, OIG, BEAS, and motor vehicle records) are required. Location in Dover, NH; non-profit environment with competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- RN preferred
- At least two years of nursing experience
- Experience in developmental disabilities and/or mental health is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to utilize technology
- Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage
