Job Summary
Registered Nurse at Flower Hospital (Med Surg/Ortho) provides patient-centered care as the coordinator of a patient’s plan of care, assessing and formulating nursing diagnoses, and planning, implementing, and evaluating care in collaboration with the care team. Responsibilities include interacting with patients, families, and health-care staff, maintaining open communication, and ensuring mutual respect and shared decision-making. Requires current RN license and CPR; Ohio licensure CE requirements; preferred BSN. Shift is nights, full-time with 36 weekly hours in an acute hospital setting within ProMedica; benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- Current State license as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR training
- Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units
- The RN in Ohio must complete twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during his/her licensure period
- Bachelor's in nursing (preferred)
