Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle within the organization's policies and procedures. Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing care and maintain standards of practice. Provide surgical support services during the day shift. This role is open to new graduates or nurses with one year of hospital experience. The position offers schedule flexibility and is located at Piedmont Augusta Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
- No experience required
- New Graduates of a nursing program eligible
- RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BCLS - Basic Life Support
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting
- 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions
- Advanced certification in field of specialty
