RN Float Pool Specialty Care Clinics Per Diem Capitol Hill

Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for a defined group of patients while adhering to Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington ambulatory standards and policies. Use the nursing process to determine priorities, develop written care plans, and modify interventions based on patient responses and changing status. Provide education, counseling, and telephone consultations to patients and families, reinforcing the Consumer Bill of Rights and promoting self-care through health promotion and preventive measures. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate services, manage hospitalization admissions, and participate in quality assurance and staff orientation activities. Requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, a Washington RN license, and BLS certification.
