Job Summary
Conduct night shift coverage (7pm-7:30am) across 10 medical surgical units including Cardiology, Surgical, and Oncology. Provide 24/7 float pool support with rotating weekends and cross-train in Behavioral Health, Emergency Boarding, and IV Therapy. Receive 4-6 weeks of preceptorship with a Charge RN for orientation, troubleshooting assignments, and clinical guidance. Earn $10/hour night differential and access to tuition reimbursement, PTO, and retirement matching.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year nursing experience
