RN - Float Pool, PRN

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult patients across inpatient units, including Medical Surgical, ICU, and emergency department assistance. Coordinate patient care activities for assigned staff while maintaining standards of practice within organizational policies. Provide bedside shift reporting and hourly rounding to support a culture of professionalism and collaboration. This float pool role offers a 2:1 ratio in ICU and 6:1 in Medical Surgical, with opportunities to assist the emergency department. Candidates must hold current Georgia RN licensure and BCLS certification.
