Job Summary
Float pool RN position providing nursing coverage for PACE RN Case Managers and Clinic nurses across outpatient clinics in King and Snohomish Counties. Responsibilities include delivering patient-focused nursing care, supporting elderly clients in community settings, and coordinating with case managers to maintain continuity of care in a program designed to keep older adults healthy and independent. Requires active RN license in WA, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of geriatric/long-term care experience; BSN preferred. Comprehensive benefits, competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, and tuition/student loan assistance are included. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm; coverage area includes Seattle, Kent, and Renton.
Required Qualifications
- Education sufficient for licensure
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- 1 year Long term care or geriatric nursing
- 1 year Working with the frail and elderly
