Job Summary
Provide leadership and clinical oversight while delivering high-quality, resident-centered care across Monarch communities in Minnesota. Perform comprehensive resident assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor health status changes. Administer medications and treatments, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives in skilled nursing and assisted living settings. Full-time and on-call opportunities available with flexible shift selection. Mileage reimbursement provided for qualifying travel.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
- Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability and willingness to travel to various Monarch Healthcare Management communities
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living preferred
- Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care
