Job Summary
Provide direct patient care across medical/surgical and critical care units while administering medications and managing time and resources to deliver care. Apply clinical judgment through history taking and physical assessment to plan interventions, develop and revise patient care plans, and document progress toward desired outcomes. Lead the health care team by supervising delegated activities, serving as a resource person, and acting as a preceptor for new employees. Perform job-specific requirements and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
- Registered Nurse - New Hampshire Board of Nursing
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- One year prior clinical nursing experience
- Evidence of the ability to perform as a member of a team
- Must regularly lift, carry or push/pull up to 10 pounds
- Must frequently lift, carry or push/pull up to 10 - 25 pounds
- Must occasionally lift, carry or push/pull up to 20 - 50 pounds
- Must have color vision
- Must have depth perception
- Must have far vision
- Must have near vision
- Must have peripheral vision
