Job Summary
Float Pool RN for Night shift (36 hours/week) with sign-on bonuses; provides direct patient care across age groups and units (ED, ICU, TCU, PCU, Med-Surg, Acute Rehab) in a Mercy facility. Performs assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care; coordinates with ancillary departments to optimize care and comfort. Requires nursing education and active RN license with BLS, plus ability to obtain/maintain state or compact licensure. Emphasizes compassionate, flexible teamwork and adherence to Mercy ServiceStandards and professional ethics.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- RN Licensure and license maintenance in hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Basic Life Support certification or successful completion within 30 days of hire
