Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate direct patient care for all age groups while coordinating with ancillary departments to optimize care. Float across Emergency Department, ICU, TCU, PCU, Med-Surg units, and Acute Rehab based on experience. Maintain current RN licensure and obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire. Work 36 hours per week on night shifts with opportunities for a $10,000 bonus for graduates or $13,000 for experienced nurses. Required Qualifications
- Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
