Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate direct patient care activities for all age groups while monitoring and coordinating with ancillary departments to optimize care. Provide compassionate, hard-working support across multiple units including ED, ICU, TCU, PCU, Med-Surg, and Acute Rehab based on experience. Maintain current RN licensure and Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire. Work 36 hours per week on night shifts with opportunities to develop clinical assessment and communication skills within the St. Johns Health System.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
- 36 hours per week
