RN - Float Pool - Full Time - Nights

Provide patient care across Emergency Department, ICU, Cardiac Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical units while utilizing the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model. Coordinate patient care with other departments, maintain professional accountability, and ensure confidentiality of patient information. Rotate assignments based on unit needs and adhere to the State Nurse Practice Act and established nursing guidelines. Work 36 hours per week in a full-time nights shift role. This position offers up to $10,000 in sign-on bonuses, plus shift and weekend differentials for RNs.
