RN - Float Pool - Full Time - Nights

Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model while maintaining professional accountability and confidentiality. Coordinate care across assigned units including the Emergency Department, ICU, Cardiac Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical floors. Rotate shifts among these units as part of a cross-functional team that thrives on flexibility and teamwork. Maintain patients' rights and function within the scope of nursing preparation consistent with established guidelines and Mercy Service Standards.
