RN - Float Pool - Full Time - Nights

Provide patient care across rotating units including the Emergency Department, ICU, Cardiac Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical floors while coordinating with other departments. Maintain professional accountability for assigned patients, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model, State Nurse Practice Act, and established guidelines. Perform duties consistent with the mission, values, and Service Standards of the Sisters of Mercy. This full-time, night shift position requires an active RN license in Missouri or compact, with at least one year of experience preferred. Candidates must hold BLS certification within 30 days of hire and may require ACLS or PALS depending on assignment. The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, shift differentials for evenings and weekends, and tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 annually.
