RN - Float Pool - Full Time - Nights

Provide patient care across rotating units including Emergency, ICU, Cardiac Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical units while maintaining professional accountability and patient confidentiality. Coordinate care with other departments and adhere to the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model, State Nurse Practice Act, and established guidelines. Perform clinical assessments, communication, and teamwork duties in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Requires active RN license in Missouri, one year of experience, and BLS certification within 30 days.
