RN Float Pool — rotate across Emergency Department, ICU, Cardiac Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical units; Full-Time Nights; sign-on bonus up to $10,000; includes shift pay differentials, tuition assistance, and comprehensive benefits; requires Missouri or compact RN license and graduate of an accredited RN program; 1+ year RN experience preferred; duties include coordinating patient care, maintaining patient rights/confidentiality, and collaborating with interdepartmental teams.
