RN FLOAT POOL FT NIGHTS (13296)

Perform individualized care for assigned patients incorporating clinical practice guidelines and established nursing standards. Complete documentation and charges in an appropriate, thorough, and timely manner while adhering to the case management model for effective throughput with physicians. Demonstrate and encourage team behavior to ensure exceptional patient experiences and uphold patient safety and quality standards. Requires Associate's degree in nursing with AL state licensure, one year of experience preferred, and ACLS certification within one year of hire. Must pass medication test and possess excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication, and basic computer skills.
