RN - Float Pool, Days

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle while maintaining standards of practice. Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff within the organization's policies and procedures to ensure quality nursing care. Provide professional growth and accountability for the care provided. Requires a Georgia RN license, BLS certification, and eligibility as a new graduate. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, hospital setting experience, and advanced specialty certification.
