RN - Float Pool, Days

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle while maintaining organizational standards of practice. Coordinate patient care activities for all assigned staff to ensure quality delivery. Maintain current Georgia State RN licensure or NLC/eNLC multistate license and hold Basic Life Support certification. No prior hospital experience required for new graduates; one year in a hospital setting preferred for PRN positions. This float pool role supports the nursing team at Piedmont Augusta Hospital.
