RN - Float Pool, Days

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle while maintaining organizational standards of practice. Coordinate patient care activities for all assigned staff to ensure quality delivery. Functions within the framework of established policies and procedures while demonstrating professional growth and accountability. Requires current Georgia RN license, BLS certification, and eligibility for new graduates. Bachelor's degree and hospital experience preferred. Located at Piedmont Henry Hospital.
