RN Float Pool - Critical Care

RN Float Pool – Critical Care role focusing on neuro assessments and care plans across units. Responsibilities include supervising non-RN staff, acting as charge nurse, developing and communicating individualized care plans, coordinating with the healthcare team, and ensuring education for patients and families. Key skills include neuro patient care, airway and ventilator management, tracheostomy care, Halo brace handling, and familiarity with the Tia teaching program. Requires BSN (preferred), CT RN license, and at least 1 year acute nursing experience. Demonstrates competency in neuro procedures and delivering high-level patient care in a fast-paced environment.
