RN Float Pool – Critical Care

RN Float Pool – Critical Care role providing specialized nursing coverage across units. Responsibilities include assessing and planning individualized patient care, implementing and evaluating care plans, supervising non-RN personnel, serving as Charge Nurse, and precepting new staff. Demonstrates competency in neuro care (neuro assessment, airway management, tracheostomy suctioning, ventilator care) and supports educational opportunities for patients and families. Requires Neonatal ICU RN experience, BSN preferred, and CT RN licensure; proficient with electronic health records and collaborative healthcare teamwork.
