RN Float Pool – Critical Care

Registered Nurse for Neuro Critical Care with Float Pool responsibilities including assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care across units; supervising non-RN personnel; serving as charge nurse and preceptor; providing education and care to patients with neuro conditions; performing neuro assessments, airway management, tracheostomy care and suctioning; demonstrating proficiency with neuro procedures and equipment (e.g., Halo brace, ventilator) and utilizing electronic health records (EPIC); requires Neonatal ICU experience and CT RN licensure with BSN preferred; strong emphasis on patient-centered care, teamwork, and adherence to nursing policies.
