RN Float Pool - Critical Care: Provide professional nursing care on neuro and cardiac ICU units, supervising non-RN staff, serving as charge nurse and preceptor, and developing individualized plans of care. Responsibilities include continual patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care; coordinating with the healthcare team; educating patients and families; and maintaining competency in neuro assessment, airway management, care of tracheostomies and ventilated patients. Demonstrates adherence to values of integrity, patient-centered care, respect, accountability, and compassion; upholds performance expectations and participates in professional development.
