RN Float Pool - Critical Care

RN Float Pool - Critical Care responsibilities include assessing patients, developing and documenting plans of care, coordinating with the healthcare team, providing supervision to non-RN staff, serving as preceptor and charge nurse, and caring for neuro and cardiac ICU patients with skills in airway management, tracheostomy care, suctioning, and use of ventilators. Requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing with CT RN license; BSN preferred. Works under the Nurse Manager/Clinical Coordinator and adheres to unit policies to ensure high-quality patient care across critical care units.
