RN Float Pool - Critical Care

RN Float Pool - Critical Care role responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care on a nursing unit; supervises non-RN staff, acts as charge nurse, and serves as a preceptor to new staff. Key clinical skills include neuro-focused assessments, airway management for neuro patients, care of trached patients, suctioning per policy, and involvement in special neuro procedures. Requires BSN preferred and active RN license; 1 year acute nursing experience preferred with BLS certification. Opportunity to collaborate with healthcare team, educate patients and families, and support discharge planning within a critical care/neuro context.
