RN Float Pool - Critical Care

RN Float Pool - Critical Care role focusing on neuro and cardiac ICU patient care across units; responsibilities include assessing patient condition, developing and documenting care plans, coordinating with the healthcare team, educating patients/families, supervising non-RN staff, serving as preceptor and charge nurse, and managing airway, suctioning for tracheostomy, ventilator care, and specialized cardiac/neuro procedures. BSN preferred; CT licensure required; BCLS required within one month of hire; opportunities for professional development within the SPIRE clinical advancement program.
