Job Summary
RN Float Pool – Critical Care opportunity on a neuro-focused unit. Responsibilities include assessing patients continuously, developing and implementing a care plan, coordinating with the healthcare team, educating patients and families, serving as preceptor to new staff and charge nurse duties, and ensuring quality of care for neuro patients including airway management, tracheostomy care, ventilator support, and neuro procedures. Requires BSN preferred, 1 year acute nursing experience, and CT RN licensure; BLS required. Located in North Scituate, RI.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate Of An Accredited School Of Nursing; BSN Preferred.
- 1 Year acute nursing experience required.
- Valid State Of Connecticut Registered Nurse License
- BLS Required
