RN Float Pool – Critical Care

RN Float Pool – Critical Care role requiring CT-licensed RN with NICU experience; responsibilities include assessing patients’ physical and psychosocial conditions, developing and documenting plans of care, implementing and coordinating care with the healthcare team, evaluating outcomes, providing patient and family education, serving as a preceptor to new staff, and acting as charge nurse. Demonstrates competency in neuro patient care, airway management, ventilator care, and related procedures; involves teaching and adherence to unit policies and performance expectations within a fast-paced nursing unit.
