Float Pool RN (Inpatient) across Medical-Surgical, Oncology, Orthopedic, Advanced Care, and ICUs; performs initial assessments and develops plans of care, documents nursing care, ensures patient and staff safety, communicates with the care team, and precepts staff. Floats to multiple inpatient units; completes Unit Nurse Leader Training as needed; eligible for $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- RN license (IDFPR)
- ACLS within 1 year
- BLS within 30 days
- Nursing Diploma
- RN inpatient >2yrs
