RN - Float Pool (CIA)

Float Pool RN provides inpatient nursing across multiple units including Medical-Surgical, Oncology, Orthopedic, Advanced Care, and ICUs; performs initial assessments, develops and implements plans of care, and modifies plans based on evaluation. Floats to various inpatient units, completes unit nurse leader training as needed, and precepts staff from other units. Maintains documentation, ensures patient and staff safety, communicates with the healthcare team, and contributes to multidisciplinary care to deliver high-quality patient care. Requires active RN license in Illinois, BLS and ACLS certifications (ACLS within 1 year), nursing diploma, and >2 years of inpatient RN experience. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is noted.
