Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on an individualized basis while coordinating care, interpreting data, and providing appropriate patient and family education. Move throughout the facility as needed, assist in emergency drills, and demonstrate clinical capacity to provide direct patient care on the Med/Surg Unit. Work cooperatively with unit staff, physicians, and ancillary departments to maintain high standards for professional nursing practice and support the Primary Support Person in patient care discussions. Perform all duties according to hospital policy and demonstrate commitment to the organization's values.
