Job Summary
Develop and implement appropriate plans of care based on resident assessments while demonstrating knowledge of medications and their correct administration. Provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required, utilizing strong organization skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care. Maintain excellent communication skills in English to partner with a compassionate team of associates and residents. This role requires current state RN licensure in good standing and involves travel to multiple facilities across the upper Midwest.
