Job Summary
Develop and implement appropriate plans of care based on resident assessments while demonstrating knowledge of medications and their correct administration. Travel to multiple facilities within a designated Benedictine region to provide care as required or needed. This role requires current state licensure as an RN in good standing, strong organization skills for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, and excellent communication abilities in English. The position offers a salary of $46.80 per hour with comprehensive benefits including PTO, retirement, and medical coverage. Benedictine is a non-profit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica, focusing on hospitality, stewardship, respect, and justice throughout the upper Midwest.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing
- Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- RN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed
