Job Summary
RN with flexible scheduling on-site at Ingleside Communities in Mount Horeb, WI. Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders; administer medications and treatments accurately; assess residents and report changes promptly; document care in the EMR; supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs; ensure infection control and safety compliance; collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team. Qualifications include an active Wisconsin RN license (or licensure by reciprocity), CPR certification, strong communication skills, and physical ability. Scheduling options include Full-time, Part-time, PRN, and Weekend Warrior roles with day, PM, NOC, and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S. state and eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity (in good standing)
- CPR certification
- Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements
- Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
