Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administering medications, insulin, and IV/fluids, and inspect wounds or assisting with personal hygiene. Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Requires an Associate degree in Nursing or AAS and a current unrestricted RN license. Flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN scheduling with daily pay available. No overtime required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing (AND) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS)
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
Desired Qualifications
- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience
