RN/Flex Staff Nurse NAC

Provide direct and indirect patient care while collaborating with the healthcare team and applying the nursing process autonomously. Coordinate and delegate care in a safe, secure, and clean environment, demonstrating respect for patient rights, dignity, and confidentiality. Utilize evidence-based practice and information technologies to provide comfort, relieve pain, and alleviate anxiety. Lead, mentor, and role model for other team members, reporting to the RN/Nurse Manager and potentially supervising nurse externs, LPNs, and patient care assistants. Adhere to Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare policies, the Florida Nurse Practice Act, and ICARE values. Requires Florida RN licensure, BLS/CPR certification, and an associate or bachelor's degree in nursing; two years of RN experience is preferred.
