Job Summary
RN First Assist in the Main Operating Room focused on robotic surgery across General, Gynecologic, Urologic, Orthopedic, and Neurosurgery services with four surgical robots. Provide patient care using the nursing process, coordinate perioperative care with other departments, and maintain accountability for care provision aligned with Mercy standards. Requires RN licensure, perioperative nursing experience (1+ year), and preferred CNOR and/or RN-First Assistant certification. Sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN licensure in the state of practice
- Minimum 1-year perioperative nursing experience
- CNOR certification and/or RN-First Assistant certification class preferred
