RN First Assist - Main Operating Room

Conduct perioperative nursing duties in the Main Operating Room, including assisting in general, gynecologic, urologic, robotic, ENT, orthopedic, and neurosurgery procedures across 27 operating rooms. Maintain professional accountability for patient care, evaluate effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers, and coordinate patient care with other departments while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality. Requires active RN licensure, minimum one-year perioperative experience, and BLS/ACLS certification within the first year. CNOR or RN-First Assistant certification is preferred.
