RN First Assist - Main Operating Room

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care in the Main Operating Room, maintaining professional accountability for assigned patients. Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments. Perform duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Requires minimum one-year perioperative nursing experience, active RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS certification within the first year. CNOR or RN-First Assistant certification preferred. Join a Level I Trauma Center and Burn Center featuring seven specialty teams and state-of-the-art surgical robots.
