Job Summary
Registered Nurse position in home health serving Texas with multiple locations (Universal City and San Antonio area). Responsibilities include comprehensive in-home assessments, skilled documentation in Homecare Homebase, care plan development, and coordination with physicians, caregivers, and facilities. Must proficiently perform wound care and infusion therapy, administer medications, and provide direct patient care. Supervisory duties include oversight of nursing clinical care team members (LVNs & HHAs), participation in regular case conferences, and in-services. Schedule typically Monday to Friday with weekend coverage; offering region-leading compensation, mileage reimbursement, and travel bonuses. Requires TX RN license, three years of clinical nursing experience, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid TX driver’s license. Experience with Homecare Homebase software is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Three years of clinical nursing experience
- CPR Required
- BLS Certification
- Current Texas driver's license
- Experience with Homecare Homebase preferred
- Wound care and infusion experience
- Infusion therapy administration
- Ability to perform skilled nursing procedures within Nurse Practice Act
- Good organization and time management
- Effective communication
