RN Field Supervisor- Pediatric Home Care

Job Summary
Lead and supervise a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and field staff to ensure high-quality pediatric home care is consistently delivered. Manage day-to-day clinical operations, including patient assignments and case load oversight, while performing initial patient assessments and developing individualized plans of care. Conduct supervisory home visits to verify adherence to care plans and nursing standards, and monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance with federal and accreditation guidelines. Provide clinical guidance for complex cases, participate in interdisciplinary case conferences, and collaborate with physicians and external case managers. Assist in staff recruitment and onboarding while maintaining current knowledge of pediatric conditions through continuing education. Work a Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM schedule within our award-winning, nonprofit organization dedicated to family-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
- Ability to travel locally for home visits and supervisory duties
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in clinical supervision or nurse management
- Trach / vent experience or an interest in learning
