Job Summary
RN Field Case Manager responsible for advocating and coordinating care for injured workers; work face to face with injured workers and medical providers to facilitate advocacy, progressive medical treatment, and timely return-to-work; travel frequently with a home-based office; serve as liaison and coordinate communication among involved parties; identify appropriate providers and resources to ensure timely, cost-effective care and optimum value for the client and reimbursement source; include opportunities for professional development and a collaborative, flexible work environment.
Required Qualifications
- RN licensure preferred; or bachelor’s degree in health or human services field with CCM, CDMS, or CRC
- Valid driver’s license
- High speed internet required
