RN Field Case Manager

RN Field Case Manager in the Tampa area who will work face to face with injured workers and medical providers to facilitate advocacy, progressive medical treatment, and timely return-to-work, while acting as a liaison and providing communication among involved parties. Frequent travel is required, with a home-based office and remote work environment. Must be an RN (licensure preferred) or have a bachelor’s degree in health or human services, with CCM/CDMS/CRC certifications as applicable. Responsibilities include serving as patient advocate, coordinating care, identifying providers, and ensuring resources are used timely and cost-effectively to obtain optimum value for client and reimbursement sources. Requires valid driver’s license and high-speed internet; travel and scheduling flexibility expected.
