Job Summary
RN Field Case Manager responsible for advocating for injured workers, coordinating care, and guiding treatment and recovery with face-to-face interaction with workers and medical providers. Travel is frequent, with a home-based office; role emphasizes communication, education, resource identification, and ensuring timely return-to-work while optimizing value for client and payer. Requires RN licensure (or BS in health/human services with CCM, CDMS, or CRC certifications) and valid driver’s license; MVR check may be required. Strong clinical knowledge, problem solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. Required Qualifications
